To provide efficient services, we utilise outsourced service providers and cloud computing. In accordance with your recent assessment, we explicitly disclose the following:

Cloud Computing & Data Storage & Software - Google (United States or Europe), Xero (primarily United States)
Professional Review - Audit & Quality Assurance - CPA Australia (Australia)

Note on Professional Standards: Your information may be disclosed to CPA Australia for the purpose of conducting a Best Practice Program assessment. This information is handled as outlined in the CPA Australia Privacy Policy.

4. Security of Information

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your PI from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. When information is stored in the cloud, we ensure our providers maintain robust security protocols (such as ISO 27001 compliance).

5. Access and Correction

6. Complaints

If you have concerns about how your personal information is handled, please contact our Privacy Officer. We have established a confidential reporting mechanism for such concerns in line with our Quality Management Manual.
